Wysong Shear,
Model #1025, S/N P37-161, in the sheetmetal (cutting area), exposing
employees to the hazard
of unintentional actuation of the shearing operation.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to guard the foot treadle as referenced in ANSI B11.4-1973, American
National Standard Safety
Requirements for the Construction, Care, and Use of Shears.
