Minn. Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees; specifically: Decking on racks F15 and F16 was not supported to prevent materials from falling through, nor secured to prevent movement or sliding from any direction. Abatement Guidelines: Employer shall abate one-third of racks each month until all racks are secured. The most serious racks shall be abated first.
