Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: ANSI Z245.2 - 1997 (Stationary Compactors - Safety Requirements) requires that any loading chamber access door shall have an interlock system that prevents cycling motion while the access door is open. The RAFO trash compactor in the shipping area was not equipped with an interlocking system.cking
