A) As an employee was reaching to grab the bottom mold plate with his left
hand the Detente
Locking "T" caught his glove, shirt sleeve, and kevlar sleeve. The
Starwheel Detente wheel
Wrung the employee's arm off 3-4 inches below his elbow.
One feasible method of abatement, among others, is to remove the Locking
"T" and use a spring
loaded tension method to lock the Detente in place.
