Act):  Every
employer shall furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of
employment which
are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause
death or serious physical
harm to his employees.
Employees erecting steel are using a Grove scissor lift (serial# 32793)
not fully equipped with
guard rails.
Lack of guard rails is contrary to section 4.12.2 of ANSI/SIA A92.6-1990,
American National
Standard for Self-Propelled Elevating Work Platforms.
