Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: Specifically, a seat belt was not provided for use in the enclosed cab of the Hydro tractor unit which had a loader bucket on the front and a forklift attachment on the back and was available for use in the outdoor yard area at the time of this inspection.
