The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a) Press Area - The high pressure vessel, Indiana vessel number 130676, did not have a current certificate of inspection to indicate the vessel was in proper working order. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to have boilers inspected and to obtain from the Indiana Department of Fire & Building services a certificate of inspection.
