Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a.  Receive serious injuries due to impact with load or other materials.
At the
construction site, northwest side, employees were hoisting unstable
(swinging) concrete
form, 13 feet high by 12 feet wide. Among other methods, one feasible and
acceptable
abatement method to correct this hazard is used tag lines, bring the hook
over
the load
in such manner as to prevent swinging, and avoid obstructions.

otros materiales.
En el sitio en construccion, lado noroeste, empleados estaban izando molde
de concreto
inestable (balanceandose) de 13 pies alto por 12 pies ancho. Entre otros
metodos, un
metodo aceptable y posible de corregir este riesgo es hacer uso de cable
de cola, llevar
el gancho hacia la carga de tal manera que pueda prevenirse el desbalance
y evitar
obstaculos.
