puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a. Receive injuries due to contact with energized power lines, 4160 volts;
when two floor
building construction was performed. At the time of the inspection,
employees were
performing forms removal operations 3 feet of distance from energized
power lines.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard
is to
deenergized the lines, relocated the lines, or installed protective
coverings by notification
to electrical system operator; to prevent accidental contact with the
lines.

cuando se realizaban operaciones de construccion de edificio de dos
niveles. Al momento
de la inspeccion, los empleados realizaban desmantelamiento de moldes a 3
pies de
distancia de lineas energizadas de tendido electrico .
Entre otros metodos, un metodo aceptable y posible para corregir este
riesgo es
desenergizar lineas, reubicar las lineas o instalar cubiertas protectoras
mediante
notificacion a operador de sistema electrico para prevenir contacto
accidental.
