employees and comply with this regulation and other occupational safety and
health rules and regulations promulgated under Chapter 15 of Title 41,

A.  Employer knew or should have known that employees working with the
Speedaire portable air compressor were exposed to the hazards of Said
Compressor not have a pop off valve to release excess pressure and prevent
an
explosion.  A useful and feasible means of abatement, among others, is to
install a pop off valve or the Speedaire compressor, Serial No. 3Z323B, at
the
Hwy. 378 end of the jobsite.
