employees and comply with this regulation and other occupational safety and
health rules and regulations promulgated under Chapter 15 of Title 41,

Laws, State of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, as follows:
A.  Employer knew or should have known that firefighters engaged in
interior
structural fire fighting at 116 Murray Vista in Lexington County, on June
16,
2001, were exposed to the hazards of fire and entrapment, while the
incident
commander was engaged in direct fire fighting operations.  A feasible and
useful means of abatement, among others, is to prohibit interior structural
fire fighting until an incident commander is available with no duties other
than command and rescue.
