regulation and other occupational safety and health rules and regulations
promulgated under
Chapter 15 of Title 41, Code of Laws, State of South Carolina, 1976, as
amended, as
follows:
A.  Employer knew or should have known that two plating operators, while
dispensing
sodium cyanide in the plating area, were exposed to the hazard of cyanide
poisoning and
cyanosis.  A feasible and useful method to correct the hazard, among
others, is to (1)
provide cyanide antidote kit and develop emergency procedures and train
employees on use
and procedure.
