amended, as
follows:
A.  Employer knew or should have known that employees working near the
Ford flatbed
state body truck, Tag #P181341, the Kenworth tractor trailer, Tag
#P716498, the Ford
flatbed truck, Tag #P238460, and the Peterbilt tractor trailer, Tag
#P735904, which did not
have back-up alarms or observer used were exposed to the hazard of being
struck by the
trucks when they are operated in the reverse gear.  A feasible and useful
means of
abatement, among others, is to install back-up alarms on the Ford flatbed
state body truck,
the Kenworth tractor trailer, the Ford flatbed truck, and the Peterbilt
tractor trailer located in
the yard of establishment.
