regulation and other occupational safety and health rules and regulations
promulgated under
Chapter 15 of Title 41, Code of Laws, State of South Carolina, 1976, as

follows:
A. Employer knew or should have known that allowing employees to ride on
top of the side
compartments, and on the rear step bumper of a moving utility bed truck
exposed employees
to the hazard of falling form the moving vehicle.  A useful and feasible
means of abatement,
among others, would be to require employees to be seated inside the
vehicle.s
