recognized hazards

regulation and other occupational safety and health rules and regulations

Chapter 15 of Title 41, Code of Laws, State of South Carolina, 1976, as
amended, as
follows:
A.  Employer knew or should have known that not securing wooden platform
to forks or
lifting carriage of Master Craft STM7 forklift, in excess of 12 feet high
at front area of
building, constituted a hazard of platform sliding off forks of forklift.
A feasible and useful
method to correct this hazard, among others, is to secure platform to
forklift.
