ORS654.010: The employer did not furnish a place of employment which was safe and healthful for employees, and did not do every other thing reasonably necessary to protect the life, safety, and health of the employees: (a)Sub Contractors of American Tradition Homes, were allowed to expose their employees to unsafe working conditions in the following manner while working at the above location: 1)Employee(s) of Cortes Siders were exposed to potential falls of up to 33 feet while working on the top of a chimney chase, without any form of fall protection. 2)Employee(s) of Genaro Perez were exposed to potential falls of up to 9 feet while dismantling decks at the above location without using any form of fall protection. 3)Employee(s) of Genaro Perez were exposed to potential falls of up to 14 feet while using damaged ladders to remove and install siding at the above location. THIS VIOLATION WAS COMPLIED WITH AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION.s)
