ORS654.010: The employer did not furnish a place of employment which was safe and healthful for employees, and did not do every other thing reasonably necessary to protect the life, safety, and health of the employees: a) the employer erected a 3/8 inch wire cable horizontally across two access rows of an orchard and did not properly mark or sign them in such a way as to make them clearly visible to the employees working in the orchard. THIS VIOLATION WAS COMPLIED WITH AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION.y
