ORS654.010: The employer did not furnish a place of employment which was safe and healthful for employees, and did not do every other thing reasonably necessary to protect the life, safety, and health of the employees: (a) The general contractor, Schuler Homes of Oregon did not ensure that the sub-contractor at the above site had a safe work environment as evidenced by: unguarded windows approximately 12 feet from ground to sill, stair ways with out hand rails, lumber and debris in front of the access doors, forklift operator not certified. THIS VIOLATION WAS COMPLIED WITH AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION.ly
