Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: At 16133 W. 45th Drive, Golden, Colorado: Kevry Corporation did not ensure employees were protected from injury in that the point of operation was not guarded, or in instances where physical guarding was infeasible, an effective "Safe Distance" Safeguarding Program was not implemented for the following machines: a) Amada RG-80 Press Brake. b) Amada FBD-100D Press Brake. c) Amada Promecam Press Brake. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item (see enclosed "Sample Abatement-Certification Letter").-Certification
