a) At the work site - Employees working on the Snap-On Creeper, Model #
JC26A, with the
adjustable headrest, were exposed to the hazard of equipment malfunction
on or about 10/17/01.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to secure the headrest in raised position.
