a Yale Forklift, number 2116, was wearing the seat belt.
B) Main aisle by maintenance shop - The employer did not ensure that an
employee who was
operating a Yale Forklift, number 2117, was wearing the seat belt.
C) Main aisle by mold cell  - The employer did not ensure that an employee
who was operating
forklift, number 28, was wearing the seatbelt.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard
would be to
instruct employees to utilize seatbelts during operation of powered
industrial trucks and
implement a company disciplinary/enforcement policy to ensure compliance.
