eye contact with injurious corrosive material contained in the LuPrep 43

they transported and connected to the wash system.
a)cleaning tank:  the eyewash facility located adjacent to the 55 gallon
drum
containing LuPrep 43 - iron phosphate with a pH of 1.8 - which is used to
clean metal parts in an enclosed process, was dirty and had not been
regularly
tested as required by ANSI Z358.1-1990.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard
would be to
clean the eye wash and place it on a periodic test schedule.
