Section 6(b) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1975: The employer did not provide and ensure the use of safety devices, safeguards and the personal protective equipment required by the Secretary, or that was reasonably necessary, without any cost to any employee. Seccion 6(b) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico de 1975: El patrono no proveyo ni aseguro el uso de aparatos de seguridad, salvaguardas y el equipo de proteccion personal requerido por el Secretario, o que fuera razonablemente necesario, sin costo alguno para cualquier empleado. At the WIC Program Offices, employees worked in areas where water puddles were formed in the floor during rainy days. These roof had opening by the lack of metal sheets. A feasible method to correct these hazard is installing the metal sheets in the roof. Hasard: Slips and falls. En las oficinas del Programa WIC, empleados trabajaban en areas en las cuales se formaban charcos de agua en el piso cuando llovia. El techo tenia aperturas por falta de planchas de metal.
