29 CFR 1960.8(b): The head of each agency did not comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards that were applicable to that agency: (a)Throughout Facility - Employer did not comply with applicable OSHA standards such as the asbestos standards 29 CFR 1910.1001/29 CFR 1926.1101, and Record Keeping 29 CFR 1960.67/29 CFR 1960.68. Employer allowed employees and outside contractors to work around asbestos containing material without following the guidelines in 29 CFR 1910.1001, 29 CFR 1926.1101 on or about 7/11/01.
