Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: On August 14, 2000, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while working from work platforms elevated by forklifts and an aluminum framed plank extended between the work platforms. Neither the platforms or the plank were equipped with guard rail systems. Employees were not wearing any personal fall arrest equipment.

Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: On Augsut 14, 2000, employees were exposed to injuries caused by fall hazards of approximately 20' when Gehl Rough Terrain forklifts were used to elevate work platforms when the platforms were not securely attached to the lifting carriages or the forks.
