Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: An employee of Cervenka Masonry was exposed to fall heights of 9-1/2 feet to the ground level while standing on a pallet of block elevated by a John Deere skidsteer and hoisting block to the top level of scaffold. No fall protection was provided.
