Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: The employer did not ensure that each employee was wearing and using a harness or lanyard while working from a Hertz JLG aerial lift. Employees were observed stepping on the mid rails to access the I beams and were not tied off. Employees were exposed to fall hazards up to 34'-7".
