T.C.A. 50-3-105(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard. In that, the workers were accessing the roof of the building and the company had not ensured the roof would support the weight of the employees by testing it's strength and structural integrity. One feasible abatement is to test the strength of the roof before employees access the area. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIREDATION
