Labor and Employment Article, Section 5 - 104 (a), Annotated Code of Maryland: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: Date:06/11/00 Location:Pump House of Roof Top Pool Condition:Employee working with a closed chlorine water treatment system was not trained on the hazards associated with its use. Among others, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to only permit trained employees to work with the system.
