employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At excavation area - the swing radius of rotating Omatsu-300 crawling
excavator was not
barricaded in such a manner as to prevent employees from being struck or
crushed by the
excavator machine.
Hazard:  Physical contact with the swing part of the excavator.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct the
hazard is to barricade
rotation area of excavator.
En el area de la excavacion - el radio de giro de rotacion de la
excavadora de arrastre Omatsu-
300 no fue barricada de tal manera para prevenir empleados ser golpeados o
aplastados por la
maquina excavadora.
Riesgo:  Contacto fisico con la parte giratoria de la excavadora.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable de corregir el riesgo
es de barricar el area
de rotacion de la excavadora.
