Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer failed to provide a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a. Two employees working from the baskets of seperate aerial lifts, a JLG 600A and a Genie Z-45/25, were exposed to injuries from falls due to the lack of fall proterction as required by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI A92.5-1992) Standard for Boom Supported Elevating Work Platforms.
