with only a single 26" long
board tying each truss to the ensuing truss.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to comply with the
manufacturer's recommendations on how to properly brace roof trusses or
follow the Truss Plate Institute's HIB-91
Summary Sheet.
The proposed penalty for this item has been reduced by 50for effective
and efficient abatement during the
inspection.
