unit located on the
north side of the foundry did not function when tested.  This exposed
employees to injuries
associated with not having quick drenching facilities operating in case of
an emergency.
Among other methods, feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct
this hazardous
condition include: Implement a regular schedule for testing of the
emergency eyewash/shower
