29 CFR:1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body harness and a lanyard or other equivalent fall protection attached to the boom or basket were not worn when working from an aerial lift. Spring Creek Road jobsite - Employees working approximately 15 feet above grade in an extendible boom aerial lift were exposed to fall hazards. A fall arrest system was not utilized. NO CERTIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
