evidence of grinding on the side of the wheel. Grinding on the side of the
wheel
could cause the wheel to explode causing serious traumatic injury.
Among others, a feasible and useful way to abate this hazard is: An
education program leading
to the understanding by the employees of the serious consequences of
grinding on the side of the
wheel. Also, a warning sign must be posted stating, "DANGER  Grinding on
the side of a
grinding wheel can cause the wheel to explode resulting in serious injury".
