Minn. Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees; specifically On May 04, 2001, an employee was exposed to fall hazards no greater than six feet high, while riding on a load of planks on the forks of the Lull forklift, on the North side of site. An employee is not allowed to ride on the load even if fall protection was supplied. Employees can only be elevated on the forks of a forklift when they are in an approved personnel basket that is properly attached to the forks.ed
