Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: The employer failed to provide a restraint device to protect employees who operate the Hyster 60 forklift from being entrapped between the enclosed cab and the ground in the event of a tipover. The forklift is operated outside on unpaved, irregular surfaces.
