Two employees rode on top of a Caterpillar 325L hydraulic excavator which
was
equipped with pontoons to operate within the wetlands.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct
this hazard is to provide a skiff or swamp buggy to transport employees to
the
work area.
