Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The

recognized hazards
that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees

employees were exposed to laceration/amputation hazards:

including but not
limited to, the Powermatic saw from automatically restarting upon
restoration of power after
a power source failure.

electrical device
that is designed to prevent automatic restart after power has been
restored to require
operating levels, as prescribed in NFPA-79, Electrical Standard for
Industrial Machinery,
Section 8.
Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29
CFR 1903.19
paragraph (d).
