while working
on a wood chipper without having received proper training on the safe
operation and servicing
of the machine.
Among other methods of abatement, a feasible and acceptable method to
correct this hazard from
occurring again, is to have employees trained on the safe operating and
servicing procedures,
and have an operator's manual available on site.

VIOLATION.
