into the rotating
parts of a pipe threading machine;
On or about 03/26/02, in the first floor of the parking area, employees
were using a Rigid
300 electric pipe threader which was not provided with a constant pressure
foot control
switch as required by American National Standards institute B208.1-1982,
Section 4.4
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method of abatement is:
Provide the pipe threader with a constant foot control switch in
accordance with ANSI
B208.1-1982, Section 4.4
