Section 5(a)1 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to explosion and fire hazards: On or about 4/24/02-West side of the building, street level, an unapproved regulator and gauges were being used on the LP fuel gas cylinder. One suitable means of abatement is to use a regulator and gauges that are approved for use on LP fuel/gas cylinders.
