NCGS 95-129(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards which were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. 1) Employer Mike Adams failed to protect employees from exposed electrical wiring that could possibly cause electrical shock, coma, burns or possible death. Among other methods one feasible and acceptable method of abatement is to repair, replace or remove all exposed electrical wiring such that workers are not exposed to the specific hazard.c
