NCGS 95-129(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards which were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. 1) Employer Robert Dunn failed to protect employees from ungrounded refrigerator that could possibly cause electrical shock, coma, burns or possible death. Among other methods one feasible and acceptable method of abatement is to replace electrical cord on refrigerator with a grounded receptable.r
