Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: A)Northwest corner of the building; An employee fell approximately 25ft. to the floor while standing on a Economy skylift, model SP126-60, serial number DH69319, that should have been taken out of service and repaired. The malfunctions consist of the electrical control box missing a cover, the lift leaking hydraulic fluid, and the top guard rail missing a section approximately 33 1/2". k
