grabbed the top of the press causing the press to fall forward striking
him in the chest and
forehead.
Violation occurred on or about 3/13/01
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement to correct
these hazards is to:
1.  Secure the pedestal hand press by bolting to the floor or by other
means.
