Condition:Pallets of product, weighing from approximately 2000 pounds, were
stored on storage racks from which locking pins prevent displacement
of crossmembers were missing.
Among others, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this
hazard is to
replace all locking pins missing from the storage rack system, and develop
and implement a
maintenance program that provides for inspection, maintenance and repair
of the storage rack
systems.
Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies of programs,
training
certification, etc.) is required for this item.
