(a)  West Side of Building - An employee was not protected from falling 12
feet to the
ground as he was standing in the bucket of a John Deere tractor being used
to raise an
oxy - acetylene torch set to the roof.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard:
prohibit employees from being transported in the bucket of the John Deere
tractor.
