from one location
to another.
A feasible and useful means of abatement, among other methods would be to
instruct employees
not to ride any portion of moving heavy equipment except for designated
operation seating.
NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the

file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of
abatement of this
violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
