North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a)the yard area - the Hough end loader was observed without a floor in the operator's cab. NOTE:Among other methods, the feasible and acceptable method to abate this hazard is to provide a floor in the cab of the Hough.
